Application Procedure
No tuition fees are charged for Erasmus students of the NEWTON College.
To apply please send (electronic form is enough):
- Application form 2012 / 2013
- CV in English
- Learning agreement
All documents has to be filled and send to an e-mail address jan.orava@newtoncollege.cz in electronic versions (.doc or .xls), other format are not accepted.
Deadlines
For winter/fall semester it is recommended to apply until the end of May 2012, for summer/spring semester until the end of November 2012 (Attention! Probably there will be no English courses offered during spring semester so we proposed you to come to study at NEWTON College during fall semester. The only possibility how to participate Erasmus program in second semester will be to follow Czech courses.).
English level of incoming students
It is highly important that incoming student has at least B1 English level, otherwise he won’t be able to follow courses.
Accomodation
NEWTON college does not have own dormitories, International Office with NEWTON College Club can help to arrange accommodation for Erasmus students in rented flats after their arrival. The average cost for a room varies between 130 and 220 euro.
Living Expenses
The estimated (low level) cost of living in Brno is about 400 Euros = 10 000 CZK (including rent).
